Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026.
This website is operated by ARFL REALTY FIRST (“we”, “us”), an authorised channel partner of DTC Group. This policy explains what we collect when you use dtcrajarhat.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you type in: name, phone number with country code, email (optional), the project you are interested in, your enquiry type and home type preference.
- Context we add: the page you used, the date and time, and any campaign tags in the link you came from (for example utm_source or gclid).
- A visitor code: a one-way hash made from your connection details so we can limit spam and duplicates. We do not store your IP address.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, share prices, brochures and floor plans, and arrange site visits. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the project you asked about.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is emailed to our team at infoadityarealty@gmail.com and saved on our private server. We may share your name and phone number with DTC Group where needed to arrange a site visit or booking. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and counting visits
We use one short-lived security cookie so the enquiry form can confirm it was filled in on this site. We run a simple first-party visit counter that records page, event and time only. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and is not shared with advertisers. This website does not currently use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers to fetch them. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period after, to meet legal and business record needs. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Security
Forms are submitted over HTTPS. Lead records and settings are kept outside the public web folder, with access limited to our team.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop us contacting you, by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
